At the Tamuka State Department, we offer a wide range of transformational services designed to help survivors of trafficking, systemic disenfranchisement, and legal neglect reclaim their autonomy, correct their records, and re-establish themselves with dignity and power. Every service we provide is rooted in advocacy, legal authority, and the unwavering belief in the right to self-governance and human restoration.
We issue official documentation confirming the status of individuals as survivors of human trafficking, coercion, or institutional abuse. These statements are recognized under FCRA §605C and other federal protections, and are used to support the blocking of fraudulent or harmful information from credit reports and legal records.
Tamuka helps survivors reclaim control over their financial footprint by disputing and correcting credit items that were the result of trafficking, abuse, or coercion. We provide the tools, support, and legal framing needed to take back your financial identity.
For those whose inheritance, estates, or fiduciary benefits have been disrupted due to death, displacement, or coercion, we offer targeted support to reclaim what is rightfully yours. We also educate trustees and beneficiaries on their legal rights in private or family trusts.
Many of our clients have no recognized state, no working ID, or no legal presence due to systemic exclusion or undocumented status. We serve as a transitional jurisdiction for individuals in legal limbo.
Knowledge is power—and healing begins with clarity. Tamuka offers in-depth education for survivors, trustees, families, legal professionals, and allies who want to learn how to navigate law, commerce, and identity from a sovereign perspective.
We intervene on your behalf with institutions that have failed to honor your rights. From government agencies to private corporations, we don’t just ask—they respond.
We work side-by-side with attorneys, social workers, nonprofit orgs, and international task forces to co-develop powerful case strategies and ensure clients are protected on every level.
